Briar Farm showcases the seamless blend of Southern charm and modern luxury living that New Old is known for. During this special event, you’ll have the rare opportunity to explore three distinctive homes, including The Briar, featured in Southern Living, an honor reserved for only the most distinguished properties.

EVENT DETAILS
While you explore, enjoy a seasonal treat from Sweet Macy’s Frappe Bar, and stop by Caitlyn Andresen Photography for a complimentary family photo set against the backdrop of Briar Farm.
The first 50 guests will receive a copy of Southern Living House Plans magazine, and all attendees are entered to win the Milton Road light fixture by Visual Comfort in Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass—a beautiful reflection of New Old’s timeless style.

EVENT DAY INFO
Before you arrive, here are a few important details to help you make the most of your visit:
Please park at 2269 New Gray Rock Road (The Briar), and begin your tour there. Youíll receive your home tour ticket at this stop.
Complimentary family photographs by Caitlyn Andersen Photography will be available in the garden from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Due to the overwhelming response, weíll do our best to accommodate as many families as possible during that time.
Wear comfortable shoes. After touring the Briar, you will walk on a pea gravel driveway and cross the street to explore the other two homes.
